Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, asynchronous processing, and governor limits
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Git, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, profiles, and permission sets
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Senior Salesforce Developer Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 Work Arrangement: Remote Initially | A growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence.
