The Senior Consultant, Care Transformation - Remote will be a part of a team responsible for solving some of the most complex issues facing health systems across the US. Our clients seek transformational solutions to managing clinical operations - including Care Management and Clinical Variation Reduction - to reduce cost of care, improve quality and patient outcomes, and bring innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
