Role Description Le développement philanthropique est au cœur de notre capacité à soutenir les enfants et les familles vivant avec le diabète de type 1. À titre de Conseiller(ère) en développement philanthropique, vous contribuerez directement à l’obtention des ressources financières qui permettent à FRED et au Camp Carowanis de poursuivre leur mission. Le poste est principalement axé sur : - Rédaction de demandes de financement, le développement philanthropique et les relations avec les donateurs et partenaires. - Contribuer aux communications stratégiques de l’organisation. Qualifications - Possédez un minimum de trois années d’expérience pertinente en philanthropie, collecte de fonds, développement de partenariats ou rédaction de demandes de financement. - Avez de l’expérience en rédaction de demandes de subventions et de propositions de financement. - Possédez d’excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles en français. - Êtes capable de communiquer efficacement en anglais. - Aimez développer et maintenir des relations de confiance avec différents partenaires. - Faites preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et d’un excellent sens de l’organisation. - Êtes à l’aise de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Requirements - Expérience dans le milieu communautaire ou des organismes à but non lucratif. - Connaissance du milieu philanthropique québécois. - Expérience avec un CRM philanthropique. - Expérience en communications numériques et médias sociaux.
