Digital Project Manager – CMS

Axalta

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation through launch and post-release support • Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success metrics • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure alignment with business goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices • Support Product Manager with managing vendors, agencies, and third-party technology partners when needed • Oversee quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and releases if needed • Creation of Adobe AEM websites like landing pages and similar

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in digital delivery
  • Proactive approach to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and development of the platform
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies, latest trends
  • Knowledge of AI backed solutions is a plus
  • Good knowledge of UX standards for Web and Mobile
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization abilities
  • Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Sharepoint)
  • Collaboration tools
  • CMS and digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager – strongly preferred – including experience with migration projects; experience with other CMS will also be considered)
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS would be a plus
  • Analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power Automate)
