Role Description As a Project Manager within the Enterprise Applications Business Unit, you will provide Netsuite project management services utilizing Asana as the primary task management platform to: - Ensure customer satisfaction - Ensure project healthiness across multiple metrics This role is a standalone project manager position managing teams of clients that include employees and outside contractors/firms. As a Sr Project Director, you will lead ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM application consultancy projects at key strategic clients to success, working closely with the technical delivery and account management team to: - Ensure customer satisfaction - Ensure project healthiness across multiple metrics - Help sell/position additional work for the company - Develop integrated project plans and act as primary customer contact for projects - Participate in or develop mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating projects - Use various analyses, performance measures, and risk assessments to manage implementations or recommend changes - Negotiate program and project changes and incorporate changes into project change processes to maintain statements of work, cost, and schedule baselines - Lead and direct a remote project team to be successful This position will focus on the delivery of solutions inside our Enterprise Applications business unit. - Candidates with working knowledge of delivering solutions to clients using one or more of the following: Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Middleware, and related technologies - Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies - Project successes of turning complex business challenges into effective business and technical solutions that provide significant business value to strategic clients Qualifications - 10 or more years Project/Program Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - At least 4 years managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects within a cloud or on-prem environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field of study - 15+ years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers - PMP or Agile implementation methodology experience Requirements - Must have experience and be adept at leading globally sourced project teams as we use a global delivery model - Hands-on / roll sleeves up work ethic, team player willing to take on work needed for project success - Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and report status with client leadership (C-Suite) - Experience successfully managing implementation projects - Demonstrated ability to manage (lead and direct) and execute projects through application of best practices - Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation - Excellent customer communication skills - ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM specific knowledge - Waterfall & Agile project methodology experience required Company Description
