Role Description Our Product Analysts are hands-on experts, focused on driving actionable insights within product teams to inform business decisions. We work with a modern stack of data analysis technology: dbt + BigQuery + Spectacles + Looker. What you'll do: - Define and evaluate key metrics and understand what moves them and why. - Understand business problems, completing analysis and then presenting a summary back to key stakeholders with next steps and recommendations. - Conceptualise, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualisations in Looker. - Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided. - Prioritising and completing a range of analytical tasks using large complex data sets to provide stakeholders with insights required to identify growth opportunities with existing partners. Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering), or equivalent. - Proven experience as a Data Insights Analyst/Product Analyst. - Advanced SQL skills. - Ability to decompose abstract business tasks such as "How to increase sales" into measurable indicators, understand business processes, clearly communicate to stakeholders on results. Requirements - Experience in analysing data using Python, R, Google tables/Excel (Nice to have). - Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude (Nice to have). - Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker or similar tools (Nice to have). Role Description The Product Analyst is a key support role within the product management team.
