Reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing Solutions, you will define and lead a multi-year product vision and roadmap for pricing capabilities across regions, customer segments, and business channels. You will lead strategic efforts to redesign processes, decisioning, and supporting technology to create a more modern, scalable, and intelligent pricing ecosystem. Success requires comfort with the unknown, a passion for future-state product and process design, and the ability to align stakeholders around a long-term transformation agenda. What you'll do during a typical day: - Partner with global Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations, and Technology leaders to define the future-state vision for pricing, including process, platform, and organizational capabilities. - Translate future-state needs into a sequenced product and process roadmap, including capability gaps, prioritization trade-offs, and contribute to investment recommendations. - Influence senior leaders through clear future-state narratives, roadmap options, business cases, and change implications tied to long-term capability growth. - Challenge existing pricing processes and identify where standardization, automation, and new product capabilities can unlock step-change value. - Lead discovery work to understand unmet user needs, friction points, and opportunities to redesign pricing workflows. - Lead a team, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: - Lead the long-range product and operating roadmap for Hilton's pricing capabilities, with responsibility for defining future-state people, process, data, and technology requirements. - Shape Hilton's next-generation pricing experience by incorporating AI, automation, and decision-support tools into the long-term roadmap and prioritization processes. - Identify the capabilities Hilton will need in the future, rather than only improving current tools and workflows. - Lead major process redesign efforts that modernize how users make, operationalize, and scale pricing decisions globally. - Support new growth partnerships to support future-state Pricing and Revenue Management (RM) needs, ensuring understanding of evolving industry standards and strategic objectives. - Create a phased transformation approach that connects vision, experimentation, change management, and enterprise adoption. Qualifications - Ten (10) years of professional experience. - Seven (7) years of experience in product strategy, pricing strategy, revenue management transformation, process design, decision science, or related capability-building roles. - Two (2) years of experience with people management. - Experience defining future-state solutions and building agreement around multi-year roadmaps and transformation priorities. - Travel up to 20%. Requirements - Experience leading business transformation, operating model redesign, or digital modernization efforts. - Experience with user-centered discovery, capability gap assessment, and prioritization frameworks. - Experience evaluating emerging technology, including AI/automation, for future-state business applications. Benefits - Incredible travel perks – Enjoy 110 nights of deeply discounted travel, with room rates as low as $40/night at our world-class hotels through our Go Hilton travel program. - Own a piece of Hilton – Through our employee stock purchase program (ESPP), you can invest in Hilton shares at a 15% discount to help build your financial future. - Paid parental leave – Because family matters. We offer paid leave for eligible Team Members, including partners and adoptive parents. - Personalized caregiving support – Access dedicated caregiving concierge services to help navigate caregiving for yourself and your loved ones. - Crisis concierge – In times of loss, our Crisis Concierge offers a single, compassionate point of contact for both practical support and emotional care. - Mental health resources – Your wellbeing comes first. You understand that your job is to solve problems, not just manage a ticket queue. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - At least 10 years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of launching and scaling complex technical products. - At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, specifically managing managers or large teams of 10+ associates. - Proven ability to deliver results in environments with multiple reporting lines and global stakeholders.
