• You advise and support our customers in the digitalization of their purchasing processes and help them to implement these based on strategically central SAP technologies such as next-gen SAP Ariba • Together with your team, you will optimize the customer's end-to-end purchasing processes • You will lead (sub-)projects for the transformation of existing systems into a new SAP Ariba environment • In this role, you manage the entire project cycle: from the Fit-2 standard analysis to the development of a roadmap and the rollout of the new system • As an innovation driver, you anticipate our customers' needs and actively contribute to the continuous development of our team's portfolio. The establishment of next-gen Ariba plays a central role in this • You will be involved in positioning our consulting services in the market, identifying opportunities and pursuing them with the support of your coach • Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systems • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions
Job Requirements
- Completed university degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a management consultancy
- You have consulting experience in SAP implementation or optimization projects in the area of SAP procurement. Ideally, you have already led initial projects in the S/4HANA or Ariba environment
- You possess system knowledge in one or more of the following areas: SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management, and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
- You have a strong understanding of cross-functional purchasing processes and experience with AI-supported solutions, or are interested in developing such solutions
- You possess analytical and conceptual skills combined with an understanding of the feasibility of technical requirements
- You also proactively drive topics forward and show initiative to help shape the team's growth
- You are interested in and enjoy expanding your skills to include other SAP solutions in purchasing in the future
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, depending on project needs

Role Description Maintain strategic alliances and partnerships that have already been established by the Purchasing organization. Perform supplier purchase order receipt follow-up, and ensure forecasted revenue dollars are met. Conduct conference calls and establish strong lines of communications with assigned vendors. Work with suppliers for decommits and determine appropriate course of action for recovery schedules. Immediately escalate any issues to management and recommend a proper course of action. Make sure all procurements meet and are in compliance with corporate and L3Harris policies and procedures including signature authority.
