• The Senior Analyst, AI Transformation is a hands-on builder who designs and deploys AI-enabled analytics workflows. • This role blends analytics engineering, automation, and practical AI implementation. • This role works directly on the technical execution of transformation initiatives. • Build Microsoft Fabric pipelines and consolidated Lakehouse models. • Develop certified views with reconciled metric definitions. • Engineer Azure OpenAI prompts for narrative and insight generation. • Build Python-based automation for reporting and compliance workflows. • Support self-service analytics platforms with text-to-SQL and routing logic. • Implement automated compliance and validation checks. • Build signal detection and alerting pipelines. • Track and analyze AI-driven program effectiveness. • Maintain build logs and time tracking aligned to ASC 350-40. • Create Copilot prompt playbooks and best practices. • Monitor pipeline health and resolve data issues. • Support Power BI automation and DAX libraries.

• Support the design, implementation, and optimisation of AI-assisted workflows, automations, operational systems, and internal processes • Work directly with the Founder and CEO to build practical business systems • Build and improve AI-assisted workflows using Claude, Claude Co-Work, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and related AI platforms • Create repeatable AI workflows for administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, rostering, documentation, marketing, and content creation • Identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support business scalability • Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms • Support optimisation of operational and CRM workflows • Help streamline lead capture, follow-up workflows, pipeline visibility, and internal notifications • Create SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, internal guides, and scalable knowledge bases • Train and support team members in using AI tools, prompts, templates, automations, and operational workflows effectively

Role Description Under the direction of the Lead Associate, the I-CAR Full-Time Instructor is responsible for delivering I-CAR training to individuals in the collision repair inter-industry in accordance with established training procedures. I-CAR Full-Time Instructors must be technically skilled in the collision repair process, and may deliver training in multiple formats pending skillsets including: - WELDING/HOSD: - Experience in the collision repair process including but not limited to automotive welding, MIG Brazing, structural repair, squeeze type resistance spot welding, steel and aluminum dent removal. - Experience in performing these activities is a plus, with knowledge of how these procedures are performed is desirable. - Maintain current I-CAR WTC Certifications as needed. - VIRTUAL: - Facilitate up to 50 students in a virtual environment while presenting curriculum, using established tool set and curriculum. - Must have access to facility or space that is suitable for virtual delivery along with appropriate internet and bandwidth connection that supports a minimum connection speed of 15mbps upload/download for delivery. - Candidates must reside in the following states: - Illinois - Indiana - Michigan - Ohio - Wisconsin - North Dakota - South Dakota - Nebraska - Minnesota - Iowa Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. - Follows proper training protocol to become qualified to deliver training for each product. - Performs I-CAR training courses for collision repair professionals in accordance with I-CAR standards, standard operating procedures and requirements. - Promotes the benefits of I-CAR training to all industry segments, including collision repair businesses, insurance offices, vendors, and career and technical schools and colleges. - Prepares for each class by ordering materials in a timely manner, reviewing I-CAR course content, and including any course updates. - Constantly improves technical knowledge in subject area of courses taught. - Constantly improves presentation skills to better deliver material, avoid distractions, and enhance each individual’s learning experience. - Constantly improves training skills, including the use of questions, effective answers to questions, and group exercises. - Develops or obtains props that are relevant to the material and address hands-on learning styles. - Conducts I-CAR training effectively by starting on time, managing breaks, and ending on time as appropriate. - Verifies and completes Attendance form and completion results, utilizing the proper system and process. - Administers final grading criteria as determined by course type. - Attendance at various training sessions will be required with appropriate consideration for your personal schedule. - May be asked to attend, pilot classes, or review specific training materials. - Completes processes relating to expense reports and training event administration per established expectations. - May be asked to be observed by a member of the Quality team and work collaboratively with the Lead Associate to improve the quality of the delivery of I-CAR training. Qualifications - A minimum of five years of related experience in the industry is required. - Prior involvement with I-CAR is strongly desired, including I-CAR class attendance as a student. - Platinum Individual status and previous training experience are preferred, but not required. - ASE certification is encouraged.
