• Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness • Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes; identify new areas where automation can reduce manual work • Drive cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of bottlenecks in cross-team workflows • Monitor KPIs and resource allocation across teams: prepare regular reports highlighting areas where the team is falling behind, facing blockers, or underutilizing resources — and propose concrete solutions • Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives: research, calls, vendor coordination, contract reviews, test assignments, pre-screening candidates, and other tasks that require ownership and discretion • Partner with PMs, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines • Proactively identify operational gaps and bring forward ideas to improve how the team works.

Role Description Oversees project planning and execution by coordinating technical teams for AWS Migration from On-prem, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery aligns with scope and budget. • Join a leading European fintech helping banks, fintechs and embedded finance companies launch and scale innovative payment products. • Work at the heart of the card issuing ecosystem as part of a licensed issuer processor and BIN Sponsor. • Own customer implementations from contract signature through to successful programme launch. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Lead complex onboarding projects spanning technology, operations, compliance and customer delivery. • Play a key role in shaping the first experience customers have with Enfuce and ensuring they achieve a successful go-live. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance and operations teams to bring new payment programmes to market.

• Ensures the successful execution of annual construction improvement projects (capital expenditures) from concept to completion. • This includes overseeing, managing, and planning complex projects including evaluating and making recommendations for value adding enhancements. • Monitor project progress, set and adhere to deadlines. • Represent Westport Properties to current and future partners, investors, and vendors. • Day-to-day scheduling of vendors, getting construction project proposals, writing contracts, expense budget management. • Site improvement strategies through the direct supervision of Director of Facility Services for all new and existing properties on a market-by-market and site-by-site basis. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of vendors and general contractors in different states/regions. • Manage vendor administration, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, document management and project close-out, including insurance certificates, new vendor training, software system maintenance and compliance. • Aid in the preparation of yearly facility capital improvement budgets by reviewing proposed and recommended work and providing an expenditure forecast on projects. • Manage and coordinate due diligence process for new and acquisition properties including preparation of capital expenditure projections. • Report on property conditions and provide the Acquisitions and Operations teams timely insight on a property's physical and operational conditions. • Work towards/identify all federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. • Ensure consistent implementation of Westport Properties operating standards/policy and procedures. • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk. • Maintain a high level of communication and follow-up with all levels of the organization. • Provide emergency response as may be needed. • Utilize company construction management platform for planning and organizing initiatives and projects. • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement of systems, processes, methodologies, and training to improve efficiencies and personnel. • Serve as a contact for third party owners and asset managers for joint venture partners. • Must be able to handle multiple construction projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
