Job Description
Project Manager
Palta
• Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness • Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes; identify new areas where automation can reduce manual work • Drive cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of bottlenecks in cross-team workflows • Monitor KPIs and resource allocation across teams: prepare regular reports highlighting areas where the team is falling behind, facing blockers, or underutilizing resources — and propose concrete solutions • Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives: research, calls, vendor coordination, contract reviews, test assignments, pre-screening candidates, and other tasks that require ownership and discretion • Partner with PMs, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines • Proactively identify operational gaps and bring forward ideas to improve how the team works.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles, ideally in tech or product environments
- Experience owning recurring reporting cycles and preparing materials for different audiences (team leads, leadership, All Hands)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation (LLM-based workflows, no-code/low-code platforms) — and a strong drive to expand their application
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience contributing to cross-functional processes: onboarding, retrospectives, rollout procedures, and operational rituals
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing a wide range of tasks — from structured recurring processes to ad-hoc research and one-off projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear updates
- Self-starter with strong ownership: able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, meet deadlines, and operate independently
- High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information
- Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working across teams with PMs, engineers, analysts, and leadership.

- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, plus stock options
- The equipment you need to do your job
