Role Description UNICEF Nigeria seeks to engage a Senior International Consultant to undertake a comprehensive, evidence-based Gender Equality Programmatic Review (GPR). The review will assess the status, gaps, opportunities, and pathways for strengthening gender integration across UNICEF Nigeria’s programming and operations, with findings to directly inform the development of the next Country Programme (2028–2032). Key deliverables will include: - Desk Review Report - Draft Mission Agenda - Presentation of Preliminary Findings - Debrief Slide Deck - Draft GPR Report with Summary of Agreed Gender Equality Priorities - Comprehensive GPR Report - Draft Gender Action Plan, which will inform the Strategic Moment of Reflection in early September Qualifications - Advanced university degree (Master’s) in one of the following fields: Gender Equality Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, Public Health or a related field.
