Role Description We are building a network of independent career coaches who can help ambitious candidates pursue software engineering, full-stack development, AI engineering, data engineering, and product engineering opportunities with more focus, preparation, and confidence. This is a remote contract role paying $50-$100 per hour. You can accept as many or as few candidates as you would like, based on your availability and fit. What you will do - Help candidates build a practical job-search strategy, including role targeting, positioning, outreach, and application prioritization. - Prepare candidates for interviews, case discussions, technical screens, take-home assignments, modeling tests, written exercises, and other assessment steps. - Develop, adjust, and tailor your own coaching curriculum based on your background, the candidate's goals, and the realities of the roles they are pursuing. - Make thoughtful introductions to qualified candidates within your network when appropriate.
