Client Delivery Manager

Role Description The Client Delivery Manager partners with the Client Delivery Team to execute and deliver successful client engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring client engagements stay within scope and on track. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Analytics, this person collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to maintain momentum, accountability, and execution quality. The role spans both pre- and post-engagement phases, including capacity planning and implementation coordination. This is a remote role, with occasional in-person staff meetings in San Diego. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery management across multiple client engagements, including building detailed project plans, defining milestones and dependencies, and driving execution across parallel workstreams. - Enforce scope boundaries, proactively identifying scope creep, facilitating client discussions, and ensuring alignment with contracted deliverables. - Build strong client relationships by becoming a trusted partner and adapting to their working style. - Track engagement health, risks, and success metrics, proactively resolving blockers and maintaining consistent reporting. - Drive accountability across internal teams and clients, keeping distributed contributors aligned with minimal escalation. - Facilitate clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, including status updates, meeting recaps, and key decisions. - Coordinate post-engagement implementation initiatives, including rollout planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. - Capture client feedback and success stories, securing NPS responses, testimonials, and case studies while ensuring proper documentation and approvals. - Support capacity planning by maintaining visibility into team workload, identifying bottlenecks, and aligning staffing with upcoming projects. - Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across documentation, tracking, research, and execution workflows. - Continuously improve client delivery processes, templates, and systems to scale operations effectively. Qualifications - 6+ years of client delivery, project management, implementation, consulting, or professional services experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end in fast-paced environments. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and executives. - Solid understanding of SaaS business models and growth-stage company dynamics. - Ability to operate under pressure, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations. - High accountability mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement. - Strong systems thinking with a focus on efficiency and process optimization. - Comfortable working in AI-enabled environments and leveraging tools to enhance productivity. - Proficiency with modern delivery and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite). - Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
