The Role We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to evaluate, activate, and grow integration partners within our marketplace ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality and commercial impact of our partner ecosystem. You'll manage the journey from initial partner engagement through to marketplace launch, while assessing which partnerships have the strongest strategic and revenue potential. This isn't simply an onboarding role. You'll combine commercial judgement with relationship-building skills to identify high-potential partners, prioritise investment, and help create opportunities for mutual growth. Job Requirements - Experience assessing opportunities against commercial or strategic criteria - Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills - Exposure to SaaS integrations, marketplaces, partner programmes, or ecosystem models - Experience supporting GTM initiatives, partner marketing, or joint business activities - Ability to influence external stakeholders and make informed prioritisation decisions - Confidence working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams Job Responsibilities Partner Intake & Activation - Manage inbound integration partner requests from initial evaluation through to marketplace launch - Guide partners through onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations - Ensure high-quality marketplace listings and partner profiles - Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners Partner Evaluation & Prioritisation - Assess partners against defined qualification criteria, including ICP alignment, market opportunity, product fit, and commercial potential - Identify and prioritise partners with the strongest strategic and GTM value - Build structured partner assessments to support prioritisation and investment decisions - Recommend appropriate engagement levels within our partner programme Partner Development & GTM Collaboration - Work with Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions and partner positioning - Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams on partner engagement and GTM planning - Influence partners to participate in joint initiatives that drive mutual growth - Support the activation of priority partners into meaningful GTM collaborations Ecosystem Strategy & Optimisation - Continuously refine partner qualification and evaluation frameworks - Balance onboarding efficiency with ecosystem quality - Share partner and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams - Help shape the long-term growth and effectiveness of the partner ecosystem Benefits HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we're especially proud of that. Role Description Wider Circle’s Member Services team is the operational engine behind our community health programs. The Senior Manager, Member Services, owns this operation end-to-end, leading a team of Team Leads and a large frontline workforce of Care Navigators.
