Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Workday

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across enterprise applications and third-party systems • Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs (User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads, Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation • Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, HR teams, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday integration solutions • Configure and support Workday Business Processes to meet business and operational requirements • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday integrations and functional configurations • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday Reports and BIRT reports • Support data loading activities, content uploads, and configuration updates, including onboarding content, questionnaires, and other employee lifecycle-related content • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, reporting, and functional issues while ensuring system stability and data integrity • Support Workday security configuration, security roles, and domain security requirements • Perform impact analysis, testing, validation, and deployment support for Workday releases and enhancements • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and change management processes • Work closely with support teams and follow ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management • Document integration designs, technical specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Workday best practices • Communicate technical solutions and issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Total Experience 8+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
  • Strong experience in Workday integration development and support
  • Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
  • Experience with Workday Business Process configuration and support
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development
  • Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools
  • Workday Certification is preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours
  • Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Role Description The Hearings Judge presides over conferences and hearings where evidence is presented pursuant to Rules of Evidence and Superior Court Rules, and issues written decisions resolving appeals filed under the Industrial Insurance Act, Crime Victims Compensation Act, Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act, and other acts as determined by the Legislature. - Each hearing judge is assigned a hearing run by geographic area. - The majority of hearings are held by video or telephone. - In-person hearings are held by request of the parties or if the judge determines an in-person hearing is necessary for other reasons (i.e., the number of expected witnesses or exhibits). - In-person hearings are held in the county where the injury occurred or where the injured worker resides.
