Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Business Systems Architect to help us redesign, optimize, automate, and scale our internal operations. This is not a basic admin role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a builder, operator, and systems architect. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field. - 7+ years in process improvement, operations consulting, or continuous improvement roles. - Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis. - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies. - Experience in global, matrixed organizations. - Exposure to automation (RPA, workflow tools, system implementations). - PMP or equivalent certification. - Experience in regulated or compliance driven environments.
