Role Description We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic partnership development and sales initiatives within the stablecoin and digital asset ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value relationships with platforms, fintechs, payment processors, exchanges, and other ecosystem partners that can integrate or scale stablecoin solutions. You’ll combine deep industry knowledge with a consultative sales approach to build partnerships that drive adoption, liquidity, and real-world utility of our stablecoin products. This is an individual contributor role. The Senior Sales Manager will initially manage the work, not a team. You’ll join a fast-paced environment where reliability, accuracy, and transaction integrity are non-negotiable. This role is remote with a preference for U.S.-based applicants. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales and partnership strategy to expand stablecoin adoption across key verticals — including payments, trading platforms, fintech apps, and blockchain networks. - Identify, prospect, and close new partnership opportunities with platform partners, financial institutions, technology providers, and other strategic partners. - Lead end-to-end deal cycles: prospecting, relationship development, solution presentation, negotiation, and execution to drive revenue growth and market share. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and serve as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, marketing, and engineering) to design integration and go-to-market strategies that align with partner goals. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual engagements to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership. - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving regulatory environment surrounding stablecoins and digital assets. - Develop business cases and forecasts for strategic deals, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and network growth. - Track, report, and analyze sales performance against targets and make adjustments as needed. - Provide structured feedback to the product and leadership teams to inform roadmap priorities and partnership enablement tools. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within fintech, payments, crypto, or blockchain. - Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (preferably involving APIs, integrations, or financial platforms). - Strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, tokenized payments, and digital asset markets. - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions for both traditional and Web3 partners. - Exceptional communication, negotiation (with a history of successfully closing complex deals), and relationship management skills. - Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML frameworks, and regulatory considerations related to digital assets. - Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive growth. - Self-starter with the ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving industry. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Performance Indicators - Number and quality of new strategic partnerships signed. - Volume or revenue generated through partner integrations. - Partner retention and activation metrics. - Contribution to overall network adoption and ecosystem growth. Benefits - Hands-on experience. - Opportunity to work closely with product, compliance, marketing, and engineering teams. - Work from home. - A competitive salary. - Diverse and dynamic work environment. - A collaborative work environment that values creativity and results. How to Apply Please submit your resume in our preferred file – .PDF not in .DOC. Thank you. We thank all interested applicants; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
