Role Description We are seeking a motivated Functional Consultant with foundational experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of Business Central supply chain or finance modules and a genuine eagerness to grow their consulting skills within a collaborative, client-facing environment. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior consultants to support ERP implementations—helping clients analyze their business needs, configure solutions, and realize the full value of Business Central. If you’re energized by solving real business problems and want to develop your career at an AI-forward Microsoft partner, this is your opportunity. - Support senior consultants in the functional design and implementation of Business Central solutions across supply chain and/or finance modules. - Participate in requirements gathering sessions, documenting client workflows, business processes, and functional specifications. - Assist with system configuration, data migration preparation, and validation activities throughout the project lifecycle. - Help facilitate user training sessions and prepare training materials for client end users. - Support user acceptance testing, conference room pilots, and go-live preparation activities. - Contribute to post-implementation support and troubleshooting efforts as needed. - Build client relationships and develop subject matter expertise across Business Central functional areas over time. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a consulting, support, or end-user capacity. - Working knowledge of at least one Business Central functional area (Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, or Manufacturing). - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn ERP implementation methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset. Requirements - Hands-on experience configuring Business Central in a project or support environment. - Exposure to Business Central add-ons such as Jet Reports, Power BI, or other reporting tools. - Industry experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Furniture, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products. - Familiarity with AI-powered tools or Microsoft Copilot and an interest in applying emerging technology to ERP workflows. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus. Role Description As a member of the Digital Solutions Consulting team, you will provide skilled technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements.
