Solution Consultant

• Qualify opportunities technically and discover customer needs • Conduct product demonstrations and develop proof-of-concept solutions tailored to customer requirements • Assist prospects in building business cases for our solutions • Present product features, benefits, and technical/business value to prospects and customers • Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery through closure • Contribute to proposal development and respond to RFx requests • Support sales collateral development and maintain demonstration content libraries • Participate in industry events, webinars, and marketing initiatives • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams on features and market positioning • Travel as needed to support sales activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (computer science, business, engineering, or related field preferred; procurement/supply chain domain education also valuable)
- 2-5 years of combined implementation and/or presales experience in procurement, supply chain, or related enterprise domains, with demonstrated expertise in at least one of: eProcurement, supplier management, TPRM, or master data management
- Hands-on experience with at least one major procurement platform (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, Icertis, Ivalua, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, ROI models, or value propositions for enterprise software solutions
- Experience developing tailored solution approaches, proposals, or go-to-market strategies for different customer segments or use cases
- Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, or adoption strategies for technology implementations
- Experience presenting to or influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid presentation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and Excel
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, passionate environment
- Self-confidence in conducting meetings and presentations with various organizational levels

Role Description UN Women is looking for a National Consultant on Women’s Leadership and Participation to provide expert and advisory support on the implementation of the She Leads Ukraine initiative to ensure women’s participation and representation in all spheres of public life. The assignment will include but not be limited to the following tasks: - Ukrainian women, local community and national leaders are trained in leadership and candidacy: - Advising on the development of training activities for Ukrainian women, local community and national leaders to ensure a strategic, sustainable, context-wise and participatory approach. - Supporting the organization of a series of trainings for women candidates at the local level to be conducted by UN Women-certified trainers on women's political participation. - Providing support with conducting networking and learning events for the trainers' community and developing information and methodological products to support the trainers’ work, as needed. - Ukrainian women, local community and national leaders are supported through networking, upskilling and experience exchange: - Advising on conceptual and strategic ways to support the networking, upskilling and experience exchange for the trained participants. - Supporting the organization of national and regional She Leads Ukraine Forums, including developing the agenda, inviting and briefing speakers and facilitators, and developing an outcome document following the event. - Providing support in conducting a communication campaign on women's political participation and leadership (e.g., support with developing a landing page, visual identity of the program, developing communication messages, etc.). - Supporting with conducting other events on women's political participation to support the trained participants (e.g., webinars, thematic sessions, etc.). - Contributing to data collection, and providing analytical papers on women’s political rights in the context of war in Ukraine. - National and international partners coordinate through the Task Force on supporting women’s political participation in Ukraine: - Supporting coordination and functioning of the WPP Task Force of key stakeholders from the Parliament, government, CSOs and development partners. - Organizing bi-lateral/multi-lateral working meetings with WPP Task Force members.
