Full Stack Academy
• Design and deliver end-to-end training programs in Business Analysis and Data Analytics. • Train learners on: - Business Analysis - Advanced Excel - SQL - ETL Processes - Microsoft Power BI - RPA Concepts - Agile Frameworks - Agentic AI for Business Analysis • Develop: - Case studies - Assignments and exercises - Capstone projects - Real-world business simulations • Guide learners through hands-on activities, projects, and practical business scenarios. • Evaluate learner performance and provide clear, actionable feedback. • Mentor learners and resolve technical or conceptual queries. • Maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement standards. • Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum enhancement and content development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Technical Trainer
- Strong expertise in:
- Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques
- SQL and database querying
- Power BI and business intelligence reporting
- ETL concepts and data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of CBAP-level Business Analysis practices, including:
- BABOK framework
- Requirements elicitation & documentation
- Stakeholder management
- Business process modeling
- Requirements lifecycle management
- Solution evaluation
- Working knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT for business analysis workflows
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Prior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred.
- CBAP certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (highly preferred)
- Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Agile, or RPA tools preferred
- Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or mentoring professionals
- Exposure to AI-assisted productivity and automation workflows
- Experience working on enterprise transformation or analytics initiatives

Completes other tasks assigned by manager or another member of leadership. • Completes all the necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs, on a regular basis. • Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures, as well as Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). • Records all working hours accurately, and reviews/approves weekly timesheet by close of business on final day worked each week. • Notifies TLC Leader/AOL of any timesheet errors or discrepancies for daily correction.
• Respond to all patient and customer inquiries through phone, messaging, and internal systems, providing accurate information and timely resolutions • Review and resolve escalated problem orders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions • Interact with patients regarding prescription claims, order status, and shipping updates with professionalism and empathy • Manage inbound calls from patients, insurance partners, and customers; route calls to appropriate departments as needed • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and provide operational support when needed • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions to promote a patient-first experience • Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level expectations for both internal and external partners • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges and opportunities for professional development • Perform comprehensive pharmacy billing functions across both pharmacy and medical benefits • Conduct benefits investigations to verify patient coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement requirements • Prepare and submit prior authorizations (PAs) in accordance with payer-specific guidelines and timelines • Manage claims adjudication processes, including review, troubleshooting, and resolution of rejected or denied claims • Coordinate and support patient access through copay assistance programs and other financial support resources
• Build and manage trusted relationships with medical oncologists and other physicians, including key opinion leaders. • Deliver credible, compliant scientific presentations across diverse settings: conferences, tumor boards, advisory boards, 1:1s, dinner programs, webinars. • Join sales in the field to support scientific conversations about Ataraxis products, clarify complex clinical data, and handle objections. • Facilitate research by planning and helping launch investigator-initiated studies and registry studies. • Obsess over feedback and insights from physicians and deliver it to internal teams to shape clinical development and product positioning. • Develop and maintain educational and promotional materials, including slide decks, data summaries, FAQs, objection-handling guides, patient-facing collateral. • Document all interactions in CRM/insight systems.
• Lead 10 or more virtual orientation sessions per week, creating an engaging and informative onboarding experience that prepares candidates for success. • Assess caregiver competencies, judgment, and professionalism through real-time discussions, scenario-based evaluations, and observational techniques to ensure hiring standards are met. • Make informed hiring recommendations by evaluating candidates against Honor's standards for safety, empathy, communication, and quality of care. • Deliver targeted training, reassessments, and upskilling programs that strengthen Care Pro knowledge and support ongoing performance improvement. • Communicate policies, expectations, and performance standards clearly and consistently, helping Care Pros understand what it takes to succeed on the platform. • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Operations, Compliance, and Workforce teams to ensure accurate candidate records, status updates, and timely progression through the onboarding process. • Complete post-orientation documentation, candidate tracking, and administrative responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
