Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multiple backend/platform or detection/defense teams in a SaaS or cloud-scale environment
  • Track record of taking products from concept to market
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent initiatives
  • Highly technical background with expertise in software development and B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of scalable backend architecture, data modeling, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with modern detection and response concepts like EDR and SIEM
  • Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Role Description The Business Development Manager will be the promotional lead responsible for promoting and supporting a dedicated portfolio of Geometallic and geosynthetic solutions. This role focuses on technical promotion and leadership, project support, technical committees and activities for targeted product applications — primarily strategic products produced in NAM. This individual will play a key role in managing industry approvals, design support, and technical promotion efforts, working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
