• Work on developing mobile applications in Flutter focused on the life insurance customer journey. • Contribute to improving the customer journey by refining screens, flows, and app features. • Work within a multidisciplinary product squad composed of CI&T and client team members, actively participating in all ceremonies. • Collaborate with the team to define requirements and design the user interface, always considering usability and user experience. • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. • Perform software testing (manual and automated when applicable) to ensure quality. • Analyze and resolve technical issues with support from more senior team members. • Integrate the app with backend services (Java and other runnable services). • Document developed features and processes. • Stay up to date with mobile development trends and Flutter best practices.

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy for a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities, customer needs, and long-term platform direction. • Help identify new opportunities, shape technical direction, and guide product evolution at scale, including the thoughtful application of AI to create differentiated customer experiences and workflows. • Recruit, grow, and inspire high-performing engineering organizations. • Develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders while fostering a culture centered around ownership, velocity, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Guide architectural and organizational decisions that balance speed, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. • Drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams. • Create clarity in ambiguous environments, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and help teams move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.

• Assist the development team with daily needs such as test validation, task automation, deployment support, and, of course, hands-on coding.

• Work in the Cloud Infrastructure team: small and technical. • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and OpenTofu on Azure, following IaC practices the whole team can review and trust. • Operate AKS clusters, including Helm releases, ingress/TLS configuration, cert-manager, and Gateway API CRDs. • Improve CI/CD pipelines and GitLab deployment automation so product teams can ship with more speed and less risk. • Contribute to the Developer Internal Platform: golden paths, self-service templates, and tooling that reduces how much product engineers need to know about infrastructure. • Support observability, alerting, and incident response for shared services, including dashboards, runbooks, and joining the on-call rotation over time. • Harden security patterns across identity, access control, secrets, private networking, and vulnerability scanning. • Work directly with product teams to help them get what they need from the platform without becoming infrastructure experts. • Write and maintain doc-as-code runbooks and operational guides the broader engineering org actually uses. • Use AI tools to move faster on scripting, research, and debugging. Review outputs critically and keep sensitive data out of them. • Show up in design discussions, flag operational risks early, and give useful feedback in code and infrastructure reviews.
