• Work in the Cloud Infrastructure team: small and technical. • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and OpenTofu on Azure, following IaC practices the whole team can review and trust. • Operate AKS clusters, including Helm releases, ingress/TLS configuration, cert-manager, and Gateway API CRDs. • Improve CI/CD pipelines and GitLab deployment automation so product teams can ship with more speed and less risk. • Contribute to the Developer Internal Platform: golden paths, self-service templates, and tooling that reduces how much product engineers need to know about infrastructure. • Support observability, alerting, and incident response for shared services, including dashboards, runbooks, and joining the on-call rotation over time. • Harden security patterns across identity, access control, secrets, private networking, and vulnerability scanning. • Work directly with product teams to help them get what they need from the platform without becoming infrastructure experts. • Write and maintain doc-as-code runbooks and operational guides the broader engineering org actually uses. • Use AI tools to move faster on scripting, research, and debugging. Review outputs critically and keep sensitive data out of them. • Show up in design discussions, flag operational risks early, and give useful feedback in code and infrastructure reviews.

• End-to-end responsibility for cross-platform mobile features, including implementation, testing and release to ensure stable functionality • Development and maintenance of React Native applications with a focus on clean architecture, maintainable codebases and long-term scalability • Close collaboration with Product Management, Design and Backend Engineering to deliver integrated, user-centered mobile solutions • Active participation in code reviews, technical discussions and planning sessions to ensure shared standards and well-founded decisions

• Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API services. • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation. • Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems. • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and federal security and compliance standards. • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management. • Maintain documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. • Design and build OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors to support complex, user-facing workflows. • Translate business requirements into low-code OmniStudio configurations, minimizing custom Apex where possible. • Develop and optimize Integration Procedures for orchestration of multiple backend systems and APIs. • Configure and maintain DataRaptors (Extract, Transform, Load) for efficient data mapping and transformation. • Build dynamic, responsive UI components using FlexCards and OmniScripts for guided user experiences. • Implement OmniStudio best practices for performance, including caching, selective data retrieval, and modular design. • Support troubleshooting and debugging of OmniStudio components using OmniStudio logs and debugging tools. • Collaborate with architects to align OmniStudio solutions within overall Salesforce and enterprise integration architecture. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and/or Kotlin, following coding best practices and software architecture principles; • Implement and maintain REST APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring performance, security and quality of integrations; • Develop features aligned with microservices architecture to support application scalability and availability; • Build and maintain the persistence layer using JPA, Hibernate and Oracle database; • Write and execute unit tests, contributing to the stability and quality of deliveries; • Support analysis and resolution of incidents, bugs and evolutionary improvements of the systems; • Participate in agile ceremonies, technical refinements and requirements discussions with business and technology teams; • Collaborate with Front-end teams for integration of web applications developed in Angular; • Create and update technical documentation related to developed features; • Monitor deployments, validations and application monitoring across development, QA and production environments.
