Title: 14333 – MSP Account Manager (Remote | U.S.) Location: US Remote Full time Kelly’s Account Manager is responsible for: - Execute and manage contingent workforce programs for multiple clients across industries, fulfilling project needs through effective supplier and vendor sourcing channels. - Oversee program P&L operations for multiple MSP accounts, ensuring targeted profitability and return on sales are achieved. - Maintain hands-on proficiency with VMS tools (IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) and MSP/CWO operations tools for program management, reporting, and real-time issue resolution. - Provide strong leadership and team management, inspiring and guiding account management teams to achieve targets, collaborate effectively, and grow professionally. - Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, implementing value-added solutions, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data capture and presentation. - Ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders at all levels to build efficiencies, foster a collaborative team environment, and grow relationships. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: - 7+ years’ experience managing staffing or workforce solutions accounts, including account growth and expansion - Proven track record in complex client environments involving MSP or multi-vendor programs - Advanced proficiency in VMS platforms such as IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY - Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and develop growth strategies - Demonstrated leadership and client-facing skills, with expertise in team management and conflict resolution The annual base pay for this position is $73,875 to $98,500 per year.
