Role Description You're the person who spots the typo no one else sees. The one who knows when a comma is wrong before you can explain why. Now get paid for it. We're hiring a Finnish Quality Specialist for a remote transcription project. You'll be the person the team comes to when something doesn't look right — reviewing quality, answering language questions, and keeping work on track. If you're fluent in Finnish and sharp in English, this is your kind of gig. No corporate fluff. Just sharp eyes, strong instincts, and clear communication. Role Description - Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Material (BOMs) for fabrication, welding, machining, powder coating, assembly, and other manufacturing processes. - Develop and maintain production routings, labor standards, work centers, and operational sequences within the ERP system. - Ensure ERP data accurately reflects current manufacturing methods and capabilities. - Review engineering releases and implement required ERP updates. - Monitor ERP accuracy and identify discrepancies impacting production, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, or costing. - Support implementation of new products and engineering changes. - Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Production teams. - Translate engineering designs into executable manufacturing processes. - Verify manufacturability of designs and provide feedback regarding production challenges. - Assist with development and maintenance of work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and process standards. - Participate in engineering review meetings and production planning discussions. - Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation on the production floor. - Work directly with supervisors, leads, and operators to validate routing accuracy and labor standards. - Investigate production issues related to BOMs, routings, inventory transactions, and work orders. - Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. - Monitor production feedback and update ERP data to reflect actual manufacturing practices. - Support scheduling, planning, and capacity analysis activities as needed. - Perform routine audits of BOMs, routings, inventory transactions, and manufacturing data. - Develop and implement process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce administrative burden. - Help establish best practices for ERP utilization across departments. - Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. - Track and report key metrics related to ERP accuracy, routing compliance, and production efficiency. Qualifications - 3+ years of manufacturing, production planning, engineering support, or ERP administration experience. - Strong understanding of Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, work orders, and manufacturing processes. - Experience working within ERP systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, machining, or assembly manufacturing environments. - Familiarity with CAD drawings and engineering documentation. - Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as Fulcrum, JobBOSS, Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar. - Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience. This individual will represent RA on project core teams, coordinate and prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of the company as well as for internal audits and inspections.
