Associate Product Content Specialist

Keeper Security, Inc.

• Support the creation of product-focused video content, including feature walkthroughs, product demos, launch content and educational videos • Assist in producing content that explains new features and products in a clear, engaging and user-friendly way • Help maintain and expand product education content, including video series such as Keeper 101 • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing and Communications teams to develop multimedia content aligned with business and brand goals • Coordinate with the design team on animation, motion graphics and visual assets to support video production • Assist with script writing, storyboarding and content planning for video and multimedia projects • Help manage content production timelines, feedback rounds and asset organization across multiple projects • Edit and refine video content to ensure consistency, clarity and quality • Support updates to existing product content as features and messaging evolve • Contribute to other product content initiatives and special projects as assigned • Leverage approved AI tools and other technology resources to improve efficiency, productivity and quality of work, in accordance with company policies and security standards

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content production, video production, multimedia content, product marketing or a related field
  • Experience creating video or multimedia content in a professional setting, with the ability to share a portfolio or work samples
  • Exposure to SaaS, B2B technology or cybersecurity environments; experience working in IAM industry is a plus
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging content for consumers and IT professionals alike
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency and accuracy
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented self-starter who strives for excellence
