Field Development Analyst
Ritchie Bros.
• Improve performance, efficiency, and scalability across Field Development departments • Analyze and diagnose complex issues • Support the Senior Director in process improvements • Design and manage structured data streams and dashboards • Lead initiatives translating insights into operational improvements • Work independently under limited supervision, closely with department leaders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in process mapping, data modeling, and dashboard design required
- Minimum 4-6 years of related experience
