• Desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards e relatórios de performance, garantindo a confiabilidade, padronização e disponibilidade das informações para suporte à tomada de decisão das áreas de Revenue Management, Comercial e Operações. • Realizar análises críticas de indicadores de negócio, identificando tendências, oportunidades e desvios de performance, transformando dados em insights acionáveis para melhoria de resultados. • Atuar na consolidação e governança dos dados, assegurando qualidade, integridade e rastreabilidade das informações provenientes dos diferentes sistemas e bases corporativas. • Apoiar o planejamento estratégico e orçamentário, por meio da construção de estudos, simulações e projeções que auxiliem na definição de metas e direcionadores de receita. • Interagir com as áreas de negócio para levantamento de requisitos, traduzindo necessidades operacionais e estratégicas em soluções de BI e modelos analíticos adequados. • Automatizar processos e rotinas de análise, buscando ganho de eficiência, redução de atividades manuais e maior escalabilidade das entregas da área. • Monitorar continuamente a performance dos indicadores-chave (KPIs), elaborando análises comparativas entre realizado, forecast e orçamento, com recomendações de ações corretivas. • Elaborar apresentações executivas e estudos ad hoc, comunicando resultados e diagnósticos de forma clara e objetiva para diferentes níveis da organização. • Atuar como referência técnica em ferramentas de BI e análise de dados, apoiando o desenvolvimento dos analistas e disseminando boas práticas na equipe. • Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das entregas, priorizando demandas de acordo com impacto no negócio e alinhamento estratégico.

• Analyze and identify changing labor market conditions, talent trends, and guide data gathering efforts to measure the effects • Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets to derive new insights and offer compelling, actionable written guidance for CHROs • Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content written by Gartner team members • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about talent analytics and talent market trends • Engage with clients and prospects virtually or face-to-face and provide actionable advice on questions related to talent analytics and/or labor modeling • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Attend industry and professional association conferences as needed • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members, as needed

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content to support senior leaders in the Audit functions of the world’s largest companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs and requests that accelerate the client's ability to act • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help Insights teams create content and to drive engagement with clients • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner insights, methodology and strategy • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the Insights community • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and BTI provide excellent service delivery • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members • Be client-centric while actively seeking to help clients engage regularly and often with Gartner insights and interactions.

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients • Apply technical expertise to individual client system build • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems • Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy • Track and document risks and issues • Analyze and document workflows • Work closely with project leadership • Work directly with Epic end users • Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions • Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination.
