Green Revolution
• Own and grow a territory of approximately 80 dispensaries across Upper Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx • Open new retail accounts monthly through in-person prospecting, follow-ups, and distributor coordination • Drive reorders and increase account velocity through consistent store visits and relationship management • Identify underperforming accounts and implement action plans to increase sell-through • Execute pricing, placement, and assortment strategies to maximize revenue • Build direct relationships with buyers, managers, and key decision-makers • Use in-store presence to warm accounts ahead of phone and follow-up sales conversations • Maintain regular visit cadence to ensure accounts are supported, stocked, and ordering consistently • Act as the primary sales contact for assigned accounts • Plan and execute weekly territory routes to maximize account coverage and efficiency • Track account performance, reorder cycles, and sales opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM records, visit logs, and pipeline updates • Share competitive insights and territory feedback with leadership
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in CPG, alcohol, beverage, cannabis, or a comparable retail-driven industry
- Proven experience opening new accounts and managing ongoing retail relationships
- Comfort working in a field-based role with daily in-person store visits
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
