Role Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders to analyze needs, improve processes, and deliver effective, user-focused solutions. This position is 100% remote, but the candidate must live in Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities - Perform business analysis activities across production systems and project portfolios - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives - Gather, analyze, and document clear, testable business requirements - Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions for diverse audiences - Create and maintain Agile artifacts such as product backlogs and user stories - Support prioritization efforts in coordination with product owners and stakeholders - Analyze current and future-state business processes, systems, and data flows - Develop process maps, flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, and traceability matrices - Contribute to testing efforts, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing - Help identify risks and develop contingency plans to support successful delivery - Facilitate communication and build strong working relationships across teams - Assist in issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications - Experience in business analysis or related roles within an IT or technical environment - Ability to gather and document business and functional requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working in collaborative environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) - Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing practices Requirements - The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. - The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. - Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors. • Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders • Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making • Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency (EA) and Distribution initiatives • Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses • Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions • Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical priorities • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences • Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while effectively managing priorities and timelines • Research market trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for business performance and strategic planning • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities

• SAP Data Mining and Business Warehouse reporting • Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope. • Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties. • Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities. • Maintenance of SAP Master Data.

Responsabilidades Principales - Analizar sistemas fuente y destino para entender modelos de datos, reglas de negocio y flujos de transformación entre plataformas. - Documentar de forma estructurada los mapeos de entidades, campos, reglas de transformación y criterios de validación requeridos para las integraciones. - Participar activamente en llamadas con el cliente (en inglés), levantar requerimientos, identificar ambigüedades y proponer soluciones. - Comprender las integraciones existentes de la plataforma del cliente, incluyendo su lógica de negocio y aspecto técnico. - Escribir user stories, criterios de aceptación y especificaciones técnicas claras que el equipo de desarrollo pueda implementar sin fricción. - Identificar proactivamente edge cases, inconsistencias en datos y riesgos de entrega antes de que se conviertan en bloqueos. - Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores y stakeholders del cliente para asegurar claridad desde el inicio y minimizar retrabajo. - Producir documentación trazable que conecte requerimientos, diseño y validación. - Liderar un equipo de trabajo de 3 desarrolladores.
