Talent Acquisition Specialist
LMR Technical Group
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. • Collaborates with hiring managers and uses the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on open positions, industry standards, and the contract. • Sources passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods and establishes networking relationships with a diverse pool of candidates. • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates; schedules interviews. • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with program managers and senior leadership team. • Maintains accurate documentation of all candidates at every stage of the pipeline following OFCCP recruiting guidelines. • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, company policies, and OFCCP guidelines. • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

About the Position As a Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer at Constructor, you will support hiring across technical and GTM roles, working closely with the Talent team to ensure an efficient, well-run recruitment process.
