Sales Manager – EV Charging & Energy

• Responsibility for revenue development and increasing sales volume in your sales territory. • Build and establish reev as a strong brand and preferred partner with wholesalers, installers, trade associations, end customers, hardware planners and engineers. • Acquire new customers through various channels and on-site visits. • Expand existing customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships. • Responsible for handling and following up on inside-sales leads. • Maintain an active market presence by participating in trade shows, events and trainings. • Collect market and customer feedback and provide structured reports to Sales, Marketing and Product.
Job Requirements
- You speak the "language of electricians" and understand their decision-making processes.
- You have sales experience in electrical wholesale, with manufacturers, or in technical B2B sales.
- You have strong closing skills, assertiveness and enjoy active new customer acquisition.
- You are strong in relationship building, negotiation and closing deals.
- You work with a high level of personal responsibility, are results-oriented and hands-on.
- You are willing to spend approximately 60% of your time in the field (company car included).
- Fluent German and very good English for international collaboration complete your profile.
