• Function as first-level support for client’s end users, networks, and server issues. • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and operating system issues. • Create detailed documentation of issues. • Take incoming phone calls and emails from clients experiencing issues. • Provide empathic customer support in a courteous and friendly manner. • Resolve or escalate issues per clients Service Level Agreements. • Maintain professional communication and demeanor. • Escalate higher-level issues to appropriate resources for in-depth investigation. • Advise management of required updates or corrections to Wiki/KB. • Stay abreast of advances in technologies and further education in emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Two years related experience with Help Desk or network support preferred
- Strong customer service, telephone skills and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, iPhone and Android devices
- Expertise in operating systems and application software
- Familiarity with Cisco network technology
- Working knowledge in major desktop operating systems and in major network operating systems.
- Experience with basic end user administration, including network and general account maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in communicating with users in problem situations
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate network issues
- Strong sense of ownership, capable of working independently and proactively addressing issues as they arise.

Title: CDI Quality Analyst Location: - Coralville, Iowa, United States - Iowa Remote Full-time Job Description: The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program at UI Health Care has an opening for a full-time CDI Quality Analyst. The primary purpose of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) is concurrent review of the medical record to increase the accuracy, clarity, and specificity of provider documentation (Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists, ACDIS). The CDI Quality Analyst bridges the gap between the providers and hospital coders to clarify at-risk documentation to ensure accurate claim submission (American Health Information Management Association, AHIMA). CDI quality chart reviews include: - New acute inpatient admissions to the facility. - Initial and Concurrent reviews at risk charts with opportunities for improved quality documentation - Retrospective reviews for query identification, documentation clarification, denials, or quality measures. - Completes quality reviews focused on CDI quality elements, such as Mortality, Hospital Acquired Conditions (HAC), and other publicly reported patient quality or safety metrics (i.e., AHRQ Patient Safety Indicators) When provider documentation is illegible, incomplete, imprecise, inconsistent, conflicting, or unreliable the CDI Quality Analyst is expected to communicate (i.e., query) with the provider to obtain the necessary information to clarify the medical record (AHIMA, 2014). The CDI Quality Analyst must hold a general proficiency within both the clinical and hospital coding skill sets. The CDI Quality Analyst provides the geometric mean length of stay (GMLOS) associated with the working DRG to identify the expected length of stay for acute inpatients. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Establishes effective and collaborative relationships with members of the hospital community to improve accuracy and completeness of acute inpatient documentation, especially with providers, Health Information Management coding staff, hospital administration, and other patient caregivers.
