Job Requirements

Role Description As our Customer Experience (CX) Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Abacus customer relationships to provide guidance on best practices and use of the Abacus platform. Compensation Structure - Monthly Retainer / Draw: $3,000 to $4,000 per month (Base service commitment). - Property Placement Tiers: - 3 or less doors/month: $100 per door count - 6 or less doors/month: $150 per door count - 7 or more doors/month: $300 per door count - Ongoing Residuals: 10% of collected Management Fees for the first 12 contract months. - Realty Sales: 85% of collected commission. - Acquisition Support & Special Projects: As mutually agreed upon prior to execution of work. - Compensation upon Referral Source and Termination: - If a lead is provided directly from an internal PM to the BDM, this fee is split 50/50 with office. - ALL Management Commissions shall cease upon termination of the agreement. - ALL Sales and Placement Commissions established under this agreement shall be processed herein unless otherwise agreed to in writing. - All Commissions are based on the amount received by the CORPORATION.
