ELEVI Associates
• Act as primary onsite engineer managing day-to-day IT infrastructure operations • Support and maintain VMware environment (vSphere, ESXi, VM provisioning) • Manage Dell infrastructure including PowerEdge • Handle daily operational tasks including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Serve as L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and escalations • Coordinate with Dell support for hardware/software issues • Perform system health checks, monitoring, and performance optimization • Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities • Support backup and recovery operations (Cohesity experience preferred) • Document environment, issues, and operational procedures • Act as primary point of contact for the customers IT teams and stakeholders onsite • Coordinate with offshore (India) team for extended support and task delegation • Assist in replacing responsibilities previously handled
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in server architecture and design, with a focus on PowerEdge solutions
- Must have skills: PowerEdge, VmWare (primary day to day focus)
