• Develop and execute the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it supports overall business objectives and long-term vision. • Provide leadership in defining and designing the architecture for systems, applications, data, AI, and technology infrastructure, with an emphasis on reuse and coherence across tools. • Collaborate with business leaders and executive team to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and goals. • Establish and document architectural standards, guidelines, best practices, and processes across the organization. • Create and maintain architectural roadmaps that outline the future state of technology to meet business priorities. • Identify and evaluate AI tools, emerging technologies, and modern data platforms for integration into internal workflows. • Own and evolve Ceribell’s data architecture, including stewardship of the data warehouses and data pipelines that bring together information from across the business. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise architecture team. • Select and manage relationships with external vendors and third parties involved in delivering architecture solutions. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate ideas and prototypes into production-grade internal applications. • Other responsibilities as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor

• Design, configure, and maintain AI agent workflows • Research and evaluate new approaches to agent orchestration • Guide and review AI-generated code with a critical eye • Build and maintain a RAW → Base → Data Marts pipeline • Own data pipelines end to end, from API ingestion through transformation and QA • Write and maintain tests and documentation at every layer of the pipeline • Build comprehensive test suites using Great Expectations or equivalent tooling • Implement business logic validation checks and automated quality monitoring • Implement complex business logic and data validation in Python • Build ETL scripts, automation workflows, and API integration scripts

• Define and evolve enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, and physical); • Design data structures for modern environments (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse); • Ensure modeling standards are scalable, resilient, and domain-oriented; • Support the definition of data architecture and engineering best practices; • Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and structure data solutions; • Define and promote data governance, quality, and organization standards; • Serve as a technical reference, supporting engineering and analytics teams; • Participate in the evolution of data pipelines and structures, ensuring adherence to defined models.
