• Work with the blockchain and digital assets leaders and partners. • Responsible for leading day-to-day execution and delivery of audit and advisory activities throughout the year. • Supervise associate level professionals and delegate engagement responsibilities. • Responsible for communicating and resolving audit matters that arise during the audit engagement with the support of the engagement manager. • Develop and maintain client relationships, thus driving client satisfaction. • Research, understand and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures. • Draft financials and report audit findings (both verbal and written). • Develop, motivate, and mentor associates by providing training, regular feedback and career guidance while fostering a team environment.

• Design, build, and maintain smart contracts for DeFi and blockchain applications. • Write secure, clean, gas-efficient, and maintainable Solidity code. • Develop and maintain automated tests using Foundry, Hardhat, Anchor, or similar frameworks. • Review smart contracts for security vulnerabilities, bugs, edge cases, and protocol-level risks. • Analyse and mitigate risks related to flash loans, oracle manipulation, MEV, governance attacks, and other DeFi threat vectors. • Use security and analysis tools such as Slither, Mythril, Echidna, Certora, Tenderly, or similar platforms. • Support audits, bug fixes, secure deployments, and post-deployment monitoring. • Optimise gas usage, storage layout, and contract performance. • Document technical decisions, protocol assumptions, and security considerations.

Responsibilities: - Database and Backup Management: - Collaborate on migrating and managing practice management databases (SQL/Open Dental) to Microsoft Azure. - Co-manage a robust backup ecosystem (Axcient/Azure Backup), ensuring 100% recoverability for both on-premises and cloud assets. - System Design and Implementation: - Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT systems. - Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements. - Infrastructure Management: - Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources. - Security and Compliance: - Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets. - Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations. - Troubleshooting and Support: - Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the helpdesk team to escalate and resolve complex problems. - Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. - Collaboration: - Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand business needs and provide effective IT solutions. - Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure seamless integration of IT systems. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of system and network administration, including proficiency with operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies. - Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement and manage security measures. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
