We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to report to our Director, People, who is passionate about helping Vidyardians thrive in their work and careers. As a Senior People Operations Partner, you’ll be a trusted expert across the employee lifecycle - owning core People Ops programs and continuously improving how we deliver People services at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, cares deeply about employee experience, and enjoys making complex processes simple and human.
