Role Description Ncontracts' webinar program is one of our highest-performing demand channels, consistently driving pipeline across every segment we serve. This role owns the execution of it from end to end. As Digital Marketing Programs Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of a webinar engine that runs 20+ events per year, coordinating everything from platform setup and speaker prep to post-event follow-up and funnel reporting. You'll work directly with executive leadership, external industry experts, and our BDR and AE teams to make every webinar a precision-executed, revenue-contributing event, not just a content play. The webinar program doesn't operate in isolation. Between events, you'll own the channels that keep our audiences warm and our brand visible — managing social media, activating employee advocacy, and building the kind of community presence that turns a one-time webinar attendee into a long-term Ncontracts follower. The goal is a connected content ecosystem where every touchpoint — from a LinkedIn post to a post-event nurture sequence — moves the same audience further down the funnel. This is a role for someone who thrives in the details without losing sight of what the details are for: pipeline, engagement, and growth. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of owning webinar execution, digital events, or demand generation campaigns. - Hands-on platform experience with ON24 (or a closely comparable enterprise webinar platform). - Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including practical experience building landing pages, email workflows, and tracking campaign performance metrics (routing, registration pacing, and basic pipeline attribution). - Executive presence, showcasing exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated comfort coaching and managing executive-level speakers. - AI tool literacy, with experience using modern marketing AI tools to accelerate copywriting, build automated promotion sequences, and streamline daily operational tasks. - Flawless project management and an obsessive attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple event timelines, speaker schedules, and asset deadlines simultaneously. Requirements - Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or financial services marketing. - Experience working alongside an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework. - Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for basic social media asset creation. - BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
