Role Description - Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities. - Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges. - Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. - Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences. - Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle. - Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning. - Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance. - Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership. - Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products. - Mentor and support other designers when needed. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role. - At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain. - Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions. - Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products. - Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. - Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data. - Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions. - Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale. - Russian - fluent. - English - Intermediate+ (ability to communicate with international teams and documentation).
