• Helping customers get the most out of our solution, respond to their requests with precision and clarity, and resolve issues that may impact the product's reliability and speed. • Leading customer conversations as a technical expert and leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our solution to guide them through the onboarding and implementation phases. And, more importantly, proactively educating them on the daily usage of our solution. • Managing customer projects to ensure the successful delivery of integrations, optimizations, and technical initiatives. • Leading regular technical committees with clients to track progress on action items, identify potential risks, and ensure ongoing alignment with both internal (AM/ Engineering Dept) and external stakeholders. • Responding to technical questions and resolve issues, keeping both the customer and internal teams informed on investigations, findings, and outcomes. • Prioritizing, structuring, and communicating effectively to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Proactively monitoring customer health from a technical perspective • Participating in a scheduled on-call rotation on occasional weekends to support customer escalations, critical incidents, and business continuity needs.

• You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn complex problems into simple, elegant, and usable solutions. • You will contribute to product discovery, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, while ensuring that design decisions are consistent with our brand, design system, and technical constraints. • You will be strengthening and evolving our design system, including tokens, components, layout rules, documentation, and scalable patterns. • You should understand how design systems live across both Figma and code, and be comfortable collaborating with engineers on implementation details, component behavior, accessibility states, and front-end feasibility. • We are also looking for someone fluent in AI-assisted design workflows. This means not only using AI tools, but knowing how to direct, evaluate, and refine their output with strong design judgment. Familiarity with tools such as Figma AI/MCP, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar AI coding and design workflows is a strong plus. • You should be curious about how AI can accelerate design work while maintaining quality, brand consistency

• Own the strategy for all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You’ll work with Sales to define regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive pipeline growth. • Strategize, plan, and execute a mix of brand-building, lead-generation, and partner-driven events in the US and EMEA. This includes conferences, webinars, roundtables, and executive events, tailored to both regions' unique needs and opportunities. • Manage and develop a small, high-performing team. While the EMEA manager will handle local execution, you’ll own the strategy for both US and EMEA activities. Lead by example in ensuring seamless collaboration and clear communication across teams. • Work closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies for specific territories. Build a calendar of events and engagements that directly contribute to pipeline growth in these key areas. • Set and manage goals for all field marketing activities, ensuring key metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities won are consistently met. Track and report on event performance, optimizing for better results over time. • Take full ownership of events from initial strategy development through execution. You’ll drive key decisions around messaging, goals, swag, and more to ensure that each event is a success.

• Managing and growing a team of 5 engineers (2 tech leads, 1 senior, 2 intermediates), focusing on their performance, career development, and professional growth • Empowering your team to build high-performance, production-ready solutions while maintaining our ultra-low latency requirements (sub-5ms p99) • Defining and evolving best practices, coding guidelines, and internal processes that enable the team to work efficiently • Contributing to the technological vision and technical roadmap of our detection engine, especially as we evolve it to detect increasingly sophisticated AI-driven threats and autonomous agents • Leading cross-team initiatives in close collaboration with the Streaming Engine squad, Product, SRE, and Threat Research teams • Defining and tracking team objectives through OKRs, balancing innovation with operational excellence • Contributing hands-on to the Java codebase (~20% of your time), staying technically sharp and close to the challenges your team faces • Participating in on-call rotations alongside your team to ensure production reliability
