The Senior Insurance Systems Product Owner is responsible for owning and optimizing CIC’s core insurance systems and related applications end to end. This role serves as the primary strategic and operational bridge between CIC business partners, Information Services, and third-party vendors, ensuring that systems capabilities effectively support underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, and reporting needs. This position requires hands-on experience with insurance policy administration systems and a strong working knowledge of core insurance operations; candidates without direct insurance systems experience are unlikely to succeed in this role. User Acceptance Testing & Quality Assurance - Lead and execute UAT for underwriting, policy, billing, and endorsement changes included in scheduled releases. - Define testing standards, validate business outcomes, and ensure releases are production-ready. Business Enablement & Reporting - Partner closely with Underwriters, CIC Director, CUO, and functional leaders to design and deliver operational and ad hoc reporting. - Translate business questions into system logic and data outputs.
