Role Description Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Project Manager to join our Network Operations, Governance & Oversight team. This is a not a tech or IT role; this position will be project management focused. You will lead activities related to Network Operations and initiatives to support Network Contracting functions at Oscar to ensure success. Your responsibilities include: - Organize and lead daily activities for your programs. - Identify, develop and implement program strategy, optimizations and tooling that support the organization's objectives. - Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. - Oversee implementations end to end to ensure program success. - Drive end-to-end operational excellence to ensure efficient, repeatable processes leading to a sound program. - Leverage subject matter expertise to drive targeted program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution and/or root cause analysis efforts. - Lead, oversee, and coordinate projects and strategic initiatives related to network operations and contracting. - Manage cross-functional work groups that support and optimize end-to-end Network Contracting processes. - Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. - Analyze program risks; anticipate risks and issues, manage escalations, and help resolve risks and issues. - Ensure proper controls and monitoring are in place for your program. - Work with leadership and program stakeholders to lead program retros and assess program strengths and weaknesses. - Ensure proper metrics are in place to measure program success. - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 4+ years of program and project management in the health insurance space. - 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement. - 2+ years in provider relations/provider contracting space. Requirements - Health Insurance experience (bonus points). - PMP or Six Sigma certification (bonus points). - Experience working within a rapidly scaling organization (bonus points). - Training new functionality and building training materials (bonus points). • Translate high-level goals into clear project scopes, success criteria, timelines, and ownership structures • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies, tradeoffs, and shifting priorities • Partner with technical stakeholders to implement workflow, tooling, and automation improvements • Lead the coordination of automation and AI-enabled initiatives from concept through adoption, ensuring they deliver measurable impact • Monitor progress, communicate updates clearly, and surface risks early • Support additional high-priority initiatives as company needs evolve

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of account-specific in Data Center projects within data center environments. • Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide senior-level oversight and direction to internal project teams, vendors, contractors, and engineering resources. • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, budgets, and milestones across multiple concurrent projects. • Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Oversee procurement, logistics, delivery, and installation of equipment, coordinating closely with supply chain, contractors, and engineering teams. • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and customer billing for assigned accounts. • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, risk registers, and customer communications. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and data center operational protocols. • Lead regular customer and internal project status meetings, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and driving issue resolution. • Support post-installation activities, including commissioning, testing, performance validation, and coordination of preventative maintenance and ongoing support. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, account growth, and standardization across customer programs.
