Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in commercial or consumer loan processing, documentation, or underwriting practices. - Ability to evaluate balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns to assess the financial health and eligibility of an SMB. - High comfort level with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and tracking. - Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data verification and file integrity. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for files with partner underwriters and collaborate with high-energy sales teams. - Proven ability to learn new credit policies quickly and adapt to changing partner requirements in a fast-paced environment.
