Job Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic account management, commercial leadership, or global go-to-market roles in a B2B life sciences environment
- Strong understanding of customer needs across Pharma and/or Nutrition segments, ideally with exposure to both
- Proven success building or scaling Key Account Management programs in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to influence across regions and functions
- Strong commercial acumen and a practical, execution-driven mindset

- At Lonza, we recognize the importance of transparent and relevant information regarding your potential compensation. The annual base salary for this position generally falls within a target hiring range of USD 204’000 to USD 289’000. The role is to be located in Morristown or on a remote basis on the East Coast for proximity to clients purposes.
- Our target hiring range is determined by market standards and internal budget considerations. This reflects our commitment to equipping you with the information necessary to make informed decisions about your career.
- The final offer will be determined through a comprehensive assessment of your location, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other relevant factors evaluated during the hiring process.
