Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.
- Have 8+ years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.
- Have experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics comprehensively.
- Have experience designing partner journeys in complex cloud environments.
- Work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
- Leverage data and metrics to ensure accountability while delivering measurable impact on business outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the establishment, coordination and management of Operational Excellence (OE) for area of responsibility. - Develop and foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading improvement activities. - Establish an operational excellence organization serving as advocate, mentor, teacher and role model for integrating best practices into the organization.
