Role Description ParetoHealth is seeking an experienced Tableau contractor to help elevate how we visualize and communicate data across the organization. We're looking for a Tableau expert with outstanding UI/UX instincts and data storytelling skills who can transform complex healthcare datasets into intuitive, impactful dashboards. The ideal candidate is comfortable partnering directly with business stakeholders to turn data into insights that drive action. This contractor role will contribute 30-35 hours per week. What You'll Do - Translate business requirements into effective, visually compelling Tableau dashboards. - Organize and model complex datasets to support scalable reporting. - Improve existing Tableau assets by enhancing usability, performance, and visual design. - Establish best practices for dashboard design, navigation, and metric definitions. - Partner with product and analytics to deliver reporting that drives decision-making. Qualifications - Expert-level Tableau experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional dashboard design and data visualization. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and information design. - Ability to simplify complex business problems into clear, actionable insights. - Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets. - Experience building Tableau dashboards directly from source data tables, including data modeling, relationship design, and creation of scalable reporting solutions optimized for performance and usability. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts. - Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept through delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to evolving business needs and priorities. • We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Technical Services team. • This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Development team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional analysis and development. • The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of Power BI but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. • This Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing data for analytical or operational uses; building data pipelines to pull together information from different source systems; integrating, consolidating, and cleansing data, and then creating visualizations, dashboards, reports, and content for employees and clients. • Requirements Gathering – Work directly with our business partners to identify, understand, and translate key metrics into high-quality analytics solutions designed to enhance and improve critical business processes. • Visualization Design – Ability to turn those requirements into impactful dashboards aimed at displaying large amounts of data in a way to drive better, more informed decisions for the firm. • Dashboard Development (Power BI) – Utilize your skills and knowledge to compile your visualizations into best-in-class analytics dashboards primarily using Microsoft Power BI. • Innovation – Champion the introduction of new practices for integration, maintenance, testing, deployment, reporting & analytics. • Governance – Work with subject matter experts to build solutions using approved calculations and data elements, emphasizing proper data governance. • Risk & Compliance – Ensure that all BI solutions are designed and built to comply with, and always adhere to data privacy and other risk & compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

• Design and maintain data pipelines, integrating internal and external sources; • Develop dashboards with varying scopes, aligned to the needs of business areas; • Support teams with analyses, hypothesis formulation, and recommendations; • Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify patterns, trends, and business-relevant insights; • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and present results; • Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in analyses.
