Role Description Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across Paydex. You will analyze business performance, optimize internal processes, and collaborate with leadership to scale operations globally. This role requires experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Analytics, SQL dashboards, and Slack to manage workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately. Role Description The company is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Business Operations & Executive Coordinator to support leadership, streamline operations, maintain vendor and website organization, and keep day-to-day activities moving efficiently across multiple areas of the business.
