Role Description Our Enablement Services team is looking for exceptional technology solutions consulting & marketing specialists for our fast-growing EY Partner Ecosystem business. The EY and ServiceNow Alliance combines ingenuity with a leading digital workflow platform. We innovate together to deliver workflow automation that enables better connectivity across systems, drives greater resource efficiency and delivers seamless human-centric processes. The role is positioned with our ServiceNow Alliance support function and you will collaborate with a team of ServiceNow solution architects and consulting professionals and provide solutions marketing, sales enablement, and other presales support for key ServiceNow Alliance go-to-market efforts. The GDS ServiceNow Solution Marketing Specialist will be a solution marketing subject matter expert with the advanced ability to develop, position and deliver product-specific solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding EY’s ServiceNow Alliance solutions objectives and support the solutions collateral development effort, which includes conceiving, designing and developing content for various deliverables across the pre-sales business development cycle including: - Solutions briefs - First call decks - Solution offering decks - Sector presentations - Battle cards - Infographics - Educational videos Good customer advocacy skills, the ability to learn quickly; along with the ability to translate technical capabilities into value and benefits is crucial. You will be the expert in conveying a solution’s value to address customers’ business issues. Your key responsibilities - Support solutions marketing content and collateral development as a domain expert working with client-facing sales teams aligned to enterprise accounts. - Help develop and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns focused on customer service and customer experience workflows. - Develop and maintain a showcase of content and collateral promoting customer experience workflow solutions created on the ServiceNow platform. - Lead collaboration sessions with the alliances business development and service delivery leaders to evaluate customers’ business challenges and deliver solutions content to align our solutions with customer needs. - Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors. - Participate in configuration and demonstration sessions for addressing customer requirements and business issues in order to generate relevant messaging, content, and collateral. - Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars, etc. Qualifications - Strong sales enablement & marketing experience in technology consulting, specifically in the customer service, customer experience, and customer engagement space. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively articulate various technical and business concepts. - Hands-on experience in developing sales enablement & marketing content for collateral. - Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem, with account teams, sales leadership, commercial, product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. - Demonstrated relationship building skills, with proven success at developing and nurturing relationships. - Experience speaking with or interviewing both business and technical subject matter resources with the ability to effectively illustrate technology solutions’ value proposition and key differentiators. - Experience working on complex deals with Enterprise customers in a matrix team. - Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organization. - Organized and detail-oriented, with a high degree of passion, energy, and drive. - Awareness of Agile methodologies would be an advantage. - Ability to work with senior onshore stakeholders, excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with virtual working preferable across multiple geographies, including cultural sensitivity, with a global mindset. - Excellent communication skills (English) – written and oral, strong business writing skills is essential. - Experience working with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company and/or management consulting experience with a Big-4 organization would be an added advantage. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree with Masters in Business Administration. - Undergraduate studies in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc. is preferred. - Relevant IT certifications (would be an advantage). - 8+ years of relevant work experience.
