In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für einen definierten Kundenkreis im Back- und Konditoreihandwerksgeschäft und tragen maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Sicherung und zum Ausbau unserer Abverkäufe bei. - Betreuung von Großkunden: - Intensive Beziehungen zu unseren Großkunden im Back- und Konditoreihandwerk aufbauen und pflegen. - Aktive Beratung zu unserem Sortiment, Entwicklung individueller Lösungen und Verhandlung von Volumenkontrakten. - Aktivierung des Fachhandels und Betreuung von Kunden: - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachgroßhandel zur Platzierung unserer Produkte bei kleineren und mittleren Bäckereien und Konditoreien. - Schulung des Außendienstes des Fachhandels und Abstimmung gemeinsamer Aktionen. - Sicherung der Absatzziele: - Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Absatzziele in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet. - Entwicklung von Strategien zur Absatzsteigerung. - Umsetzung nationaler und regionaler Vermarktungsaktivitäten sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen. - Reporting und administrative Aufgaben: - Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über Aktivitäten und Dokumentation von Kundenbesuchen und -absprachen. - Mitwirkung an nationalen (Entwicklungs-) Projekten und Koordination kundenspezifischer Produktentwicklungsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Channel Manager Artisan Bakery. Qualifications - Ausbildung im Konditorei- oder Backhandwerk mit zusätzlicher kaufmännischer Qualifikation oder kaufmännische / vertriebliche Ausbildung mit Erfahrung aus der Lebensmittelbranche. - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst in der Lebensmittelbranche, idealerweise im Back-/Konditoreibereich. - Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Großkunden wünschenswert. - Fundierte Kenntnisse des Back-/Konditoreihandwerks und der Marktstrukturen sind wünschenswert. - Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Gute persönliche und digitale Präsentationsfähigkeit. - Ausgeprägte Vertriebsstärke, überzeugendes und authentisches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, Fähigkeit zur Motivation externer Partner, Reisebereitschaft. - Deutsch fließend, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
